Our beautiful Ava came to us through no fault of her own and is now ready to find the forever home she’s always dreamed of!
This big girl really is beautiful! And her personality is just as sweet, although a little aloof to begin with, Ava is true to her breed and once she gets to know you, is the most loyal and loving companion you could wish for.
despite her size, Ava is a gentle giant and is incredibly affectionate with her handlers. She can sometimes pull on lead when she sees other dogs, but when relaxed, often walks on a loose lead and is a pleasure to walk.
she might need a little help making canine friends so will be looking for a family that are happy to work on this with her and that are confident handling larger dogs on the lead.
Being typical of her livestock guarding breed, Ava is at her happiest outside, just mooching about, doing her own thing and looking out for her family. An understanding in these breeds is important to realise what a gem she really is!
