Meet Ace – Looking for His Forever Home
Ace came into our care in a heartbreaking condition. He was severely emaciated, very scared, and clearly unsure of the world around him. It was obvious that he hadn’t had the best start in life. With lots of time, patience, and plenty of TLC from our team, Ace has slowly begun to blossom into a completely different dog.
Although he is doing wonderfully now, Ace can still be a little timid when meeting new people. He just needs a bit of time to “suss you out.” Once he realises you’re a friend, his true personality shines through and he quickly becomes a loyal and loving companion who enjoys attention and affection.
Ace is very friendly and sociable with other dogs and enjoys their company when out and about. However, as he is quite the foodie, he cannot currently live with other dogs in the home as he prefers to have his meals to himself.
He could live in a home with children aged 16 years and above, where everyone understands that he may need a little patience while he settles in.
Ace is looking for a patient and confident home that will continue to build his confidence and give him the love, stability, and attention he deserves. In return, he will reward his new family with loyalty, companionship, and plenty of affection.
