Please say hello to the beautiful Bingo!
Bingo needed surgery on her leg before she came to us, as it was causing her a lot of pain so arrived at Danaher with only 3 legs.
When she arrived she was absolutely terrified. She would cower in the corner and wouldn't let anyone near her. Gradually she began to trust, and luckily one of our staff members kindly agreed to take her to her home and foster her to try to build her confidence.
2 weeks later Bingo is a different dog! She is now a sweet and happy girl, still a little shy when she meets someone new, but never to be a shivering wreck again!
She quite happily gets around on 3 legs, although she still can't manage long walks yet. We are building up her strength Gradually. She loves life though, and will zoom around her fosterers garden at speed, hardly noticing the absence of a limb!
This special girl really deserves a special home. Experience with nervous or rescue dogs is a must, and a family with the patience and understanding to give her the time she needs to build up trust. She also doesn't like to be left, so also needs someone to be around most of the time.
