This gorgeous girl Darcy is ready and waiting for her new humans and home!
Darcy came into us needing lots of love, tlc and help to gain weight as she was emaciated. She settled into our care really well and is gaining weight nicely now. She’s confident in new surroundings and on her walks. She travels well but does request a back seat rather than the boot! We don’t have any information about her in a house, including toilet training.
Darcy didn’t take long to win over the hearts of everyone here at the home with her gorgeous and unique personality. She always makes everyone smile with her playful and loving nature. If you are chilling out on a sofa be sure she will join you for a snooze by your side or a fuss, she also likes to think she can fit on your lap!
She is only young and still has some mad moments full of energy and bounce but quickly calms and is very obedient with commands. She’s a clever girl and knows all the basics!
What’s she does need help with is learning to be calmer around other dogs. So she does need someone with experience with her breed or other similar large breeds, and it would be great if she found someone with experience in helping under socialised dogs. Because she needs help learning how to meet other dogs appropriately she needs to be the only dog in the home.
