Freya truly embodies everything special about her breed. She’s intelligent, eager, and deeply devoted, forming strong bonds with the people she trusts. Training time is one of her favourite ways to connect — she thrives on learning, teamwork, and sharing those moments with her favourite human. Her loyalty runs deep, and she brings her joyful, enthusiastic outlook to everyone lucky enough to be around her.
Freya may not be a couch potato, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t adore affection. After a busy day using her brain and body, she loves nothing more than curling up on the sofa for a cuddle, soaking in closeness and reassurance from her people.
Still very young, Freya is learning about the world and her place in it. She’s eager to continue her training journey and would benefit from support in building calmness on the lead, particularly around other dogs. With patience, consistency, and understanding, she has so much potential waiting to be unlocked.
Freya is looking for an adopter who understands energetic, intelligent breeds like Dutch Shepherds and is excited to invest time, structure, and love into her development. A home with plenty of space and access to a good outdoor area would allow her to stretch her legs and fully embrace her active nature.
Beyond her intelligence and athleticism, Freya has a wonderfully friendly and affectionate soul. She bonds deeply with those she spends time with, yet still greets new people with warmth and curiosity — always ready to share her love and lively personality.
