Meet handsome Frank, a young Cane Corso with the sweetest soul and the gentlest heart. Beneath his big frame is a boy who is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. Frank can lack confidence at times and may become worried in new situations, so he is searching for a calm, patient family who can guide him with kindness and understanding as he grows into the incredible dog we know he can be.
Frank would thrive in a home with older children who can respect his space and help him continue building trust at his own pace. One thing we know for certain is that Frank absolutely needs another dog in the home — a confident companion who matches his playful nature and characteristics, and who can help show him the ropes of family life.
Because of his breed and specific needs, it is highly important that Frank’s new home has previous Cane Corso experience. His future family will need to understand the quirks, traits, and sensitivities that come with this wonderful breed, and be committed to giving him the structure, reassurance, and leadership he needs to flourish.
Frank is not a difficult dog — he is simply a sensitive one. With the right guidance, patience, and bond, he has so much love to give. We will be taking introductions and meets slowly and carefully to ensure Frank feels safe and can build a strong relationship with his potential new family.
