Handsome Pooch came into our care after his previous owners were no longer able to meet his needs due to work and a busy family.
Pooch has such a playful, affectionate and fun personality! He loves to meet people for a fuss and enjoys nothing more than relaxing walks - he walk so nicely on lead without pulling and sniffs everything he comes across! Walking with Pooch is such joyful experience - he ignores other dogs and is quiet and calm.
We take Pooch on group dog walks and he goes off lead with dogs - but shows no interest in playing or socialising, he’s an independent little boy who enjoys doing his own thing - so he is looking to be the only dog in his new home.
Pooch can live with older children who are experienced in living with dogs.
Pooch has had nose surgery to widen his nostrils in our care - but being a brachycephalic (short-faced) breed, it’s really important his new family manage and restrict his exercise and care for him well in the hotter weather.
He would benefit from a family who understand all the traits of Frenchies.
