This special man is looking for a special home indeed!

Ric arrived with no history, but we can see his past written on every part of him. This gentle giant has clearly been affected by trauma and it’s a miracle he’s still as sweet and loving as he is.

hand shy and very submissive, Ric needs a home with experience with nervous or rescue dogs, someone with the patience and understanding to give him the time and TLC he needs to grow in confidence and character and learn how to be a dog again!

being such a large boy, experience with bigger breeds would also come in handy!

Despite his fear, Ric has shown us all what true resilience looks like. He has bounced back, and has shown us his loving nature along with his more cheeky playful side!

Talking about playful, I thought I should mention how much Ric loves dogs! He enjoys group walks every day, and even has play dates with a young Cane Corso who he loves! Not all dogs will appreciate his boisterous play style but with the right match he would love to share his new home with a confident dog to show him the ropes!
