Toto is a 2-year-old Shih Tzu cross who is simply the most loving little bundle of fluff!
Toto absolutely thrives on companionship and would love to find a home where he can be part of the family and soak up plenty of love and attention. He arrived with us as a stray, so sadly, we don't know anything about his previous life or experiences before coming into our care.
What we do know is that Toto is a real people-lover. He has enjoyed days out from the centre and has shown us just how much he loves getting out and about, meeting new people and making the most of every opportunity to receive some fuss!
Toto can be a little timid around dogs who are very energetic or boisterous. He is still discovering the joys of play and, at the moment, would rather simply enjoy the company of another dog than have a canine playmate. We feel he could potentially live with a dog of a similar size and calmer temperament, subject to successful introductions and meets at the centre.
For Toto, we're looking for a loving home where companionship is at the top of the list. A family who will give him time to settle, plenty of affection and lots of opportunities to enjoy the world at his own pace.
Toto is finding life in the kennel environment particularly difficult and is really struggling without the close companionship he so desperately craves. He is a little dog with a huge heart, and we know that what he needs most is a family to call his own — somewhere he can feel safe, loved and included, with people who will cherish him as much as he will cherish them.
We would so love to see Toto leave kennel life behind and finally have the loving home he deserves. He is ready and waiting for his very own family — could that be you? ❤️
