Nala & Simba came into our care in June before quickly finding a new home. Their new family got in touch a few months later with a fantastic update...
"I just wanted to touch base to let you know how well Nala and Simba are getting on.
We had sadly lost our old boy at the grand old age of 15 1/2 and our home felt so empty. My sister saw Nala and Simba on your website, they are a similar breed to our last dog and we were very keen to have a rescue dog so we didn't hesitate to apply and we were very lucky to be chosen to adopt them both.
They have been with us now for 3 months and as you can see by the photo's, they have grown considerably and changed so much!
They are both such characters and have quickly settled into their new routine. They love their long walks and spend the reset of their time alternating between chasing squirrels and rabbits in the paddocks and sleeping!
They have been out doing lots of exploring with days out to the beach and trips to various fetes and shows over the summer. They loved coming back for a visit to the home for your summer open day and seeing all their carers again who looked after them so well during their stay.
We couldn't imagine our lives without them now."
